Certificate/Statement of Results
A certificate of competence is issued to learners if they have been found competent. The results are verified by the ETDP SETA, who issues a statement of results which is then uploaded to the National Learner Record Database by the ETDP SETA once the learners has been found competent by the SETA verifier.
